Tomorrow morning is the St. Paul Winter Carnival Half Marathon. I will be there with my running buddies. I will toss a snowball or two in honor of all of my TriBlogger friends, and I will (of course) take lots of pictures on the course... ;-)
Today I intended to paint the media room in the basement, but instead I made three more pillows for auction at our school's Spring Gala (annual fundraiser)... they are themed after the school sports teams .... check them out! Only about 10 more to go...

See you tonight! The pillows look great.
Those pillows rock!!
Thanks for stopping by my blog. As a fellow IM FL finisher you will be added to my link list! Pillows are awesome, you ever sell those? I could think of a great gift for a friend.
Have fun at the winter carnival half marathon!
Your pillows look fabulous.
Thanks everybody!
It only takes me about an hour... who wants an Ironman pillow?
Enjoy your half mary, hope you have fun. Cool pillows and only and hour?! I couldn't do that in days- I'm missing the crafty gene.
I'd love to commission a triathlon pillow from you...but not an ironman, i'm still a baby triathlete.
When you get done with the school ones and aren't sick of pillow making yet, email me :)
Jenny,
The pillows look fab. Heck yeah, I'd like an Ironman Pillow.
Have fun at the run.
Stay tuned...
I hope you had a great time at the carnival.....
Hey, can I place an order for an Ironman pillow as well. Those look awesome.
The pillows look fabulous! Can't wait to hear about the winter carnival half. Unfortunately, I was working and couldn't get out there. I would have loved to. If you ever do decide to make IM pillows, I may just have to take you up on it!
Awesome!!! I am making one for Triboomer in a soft grey flannel, black flannel accent, red m-dot, and black leather trim around the seams. 20 x 20 inches. After it's done I will post it and if you all like that I can make it again.
Lisa is getting a custom one. If anybody else likes how hers turns out, I can make it again. Check back in a couple days and I will have a picture up... ;-)
They will be no-charge, but you MUST PROMISE to make a donation (in whatever amount you are comfortable making)to my girlfriend's Team-in-Training (Leukemia and Lymphoma Society) website. I'll post a link to her site on my blog in a couple days. Her name is Micki - her husband is my cross-country ski coach (John) who is battling non-Hodgkins lymphoma.
hope you had a great race.
